"After our first event together, we saw our app downloads increase by five times."
The Phoenix is a vibrant and free sober-active community for those who are healing from a substance use disorder. The only cost of membership is 48 hours of sobriety. The Phoenix believes in an empowered approach that allows people not only to stay sober but rise to their full potential. Phoenix members report an 86% sobriety rate at three and six months of joining the community and 94% of members report increased meaning in their lives. The music industry is disproportionately affected by addiction, but we can challenge the standard through honest conversation, connection, and providing supportive experiences.
"Stand Together Music is helping us achieve our goal of supporting 1 million people in recovery by 2025 by exposing our work to a new audience: musicians and their fans. After our first event together, we saw our app downloads increase by five times. These new partnerships are providing the fuel we need to create a movement."
- Scott Strode
"FIRE works to ensure everyone has a voice."
Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression is a civil liberties group focused on free speech and empowering diverse voices to discuss and solve the challenges our communities face. FIRE champions engaging with each other over silencing. Self-expression is critical for the music industry, which has a storied history of being threatened. FIRE works to ensure everyone has a voice.
"For art and culture to flourish, artistic freedoms must be preserved. In America, we don’t take the microphone or the paint brush out of artists’ hands because we don’t like what they have to say."
- Nico Perrino
